Dr. Bharat Saharan
Dr. Bharat Saran, a dedicated and visionary medical officer, is renowned for his commitment to enhancing healthcare in Western Rajasthan's underserved communities. Born to Mrs. Dhanni Devi and Mr. Jaita Ram Saran in a farming community in the Thar desert, Barmer, Rajasthan, he has firsthand experience of the region's harsh conditions, including droughts, sandstorms, and famines. Overcoming numerous challenges, Dr. Saran is a beacon of hope and resilience.Professional Experience
Currently serving as a medical officer in the government hospital of Barmer, Dr. Saran balances his medical duties with a passion for teaching and community service.
Founder, Fifty Villagers Seva Sansthan & Chairman, Kalam Ashram
In 2012, Dr. Saran initiated the "Fifty Villagers Seva Sansthan" to aid financially challenged students aspiring to study medicine. The institute selects 50 students annually, covering all expenses, and has seen significant success, with many students clearing the NEET exam and pursuing medical careers.
As the Chairman of Kalam Ashram, Dr. Saran continues to further educational and healthcare initiatives, focusing on the underserved areas of Rajasthan.
Key Achievements
Dr. Saran has mentored over 110 students to clear the NEET exam, with many others succeeding in various government sectors and higher education.
Volunteering as a guest teacher and motivator in Barmer's government schools for over 15 years, Dr. Saran teaches multiple subjects, nurturing the next generation.

Dr. Baldev Singh Choudhary
42 वीं बिहार बटालियन एनसीसी सासाराम के कमांडिग ऑफिसर कर्नल डॉ. बलदेव सिंह चौधरी को भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर में मानव संसाधन विकास में दिए गए योगदान के लिए नासिक स्थित अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षण संस्थान अंतरराष्ट्रीय अवार्ड ट्रांस्फार्मेशनल लीडर ऑफ द ईयर से नवाजा गया है। कर्नल चौधरी भारतीय सेना में अधिकारी हैं, जो पिछले पांच वर्ष से राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर में डेपुटेशन पर हैं। साथ ही राष्ट्रीय स्तर के जाने माने मास्टर ट्रेनर भी हैं, जो पिछले चार सालों से लगातार दिल्ली में दिसंबर- जनवरी में चलने वाले गणतंत्र दिवस परेड कैंप में एनसीसी कैडेट्स को विभिन्न कार्यक्रम के लिए प्रशिक्षित करते हैं। फरवरी 2018 में भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर की टीम का दक्षिण- पूर्व एशियाई देशों के यूथ एक्सचेंज कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने वाली टीम का भी नेतृत्व कर चुके हैं। कर्नल चौधरी द्वारा प्रशिक्षित बहुत सारे कैडेट्स अंतरराष्ट्रीय यूथ एक्सेंज कार्यक्रम में रूस, तजाकिस्तान, वियतनाम, श्रीलंका, बांग्लादेश, नेपाल, भूटान, कजाकिस्तान, सिगापुर जा चुके हैं। इसके अलावा कई कैडेट्स भारतीय थल सेना, जल सेना एवं वायु सेना में चयनित होकर ऑफिसर बन चुके हैं।

श्रीमती मदन कौर बाड़मेर की पूर्व जिला प्रमुख रही हैं। आप चार बार राजस्थान विधान सभा की सदस्या रहीं तथा 1990 में राज्य सरकार में वन एवं पर्यावरण मंत्री बनीं।
श्रीमती मदन कौर की फिफ्टी विलेजर्स सेवा संस्थान में संरक्षक के रूप में अहम भूमिका रही हैं। आपने संस्थान को शुरुआती दौर में आर्थिक संबल प्रदान किया। आपने अपने परिवार के कई सदस्यों और प्रवासी भारतीयों के माध्यम से अनेक बार संस्थान को वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करवाई एवं संस्थान को मजबूत किया।
Mahendra Singh Choudhary
श्री महेंद्रसिंह जी चौधरी सेवानिवृत्त पुलिस महानिरीक्षक (Retd. IG ) हैं। श्री चौधरी पिछले कई वर्षो से स्वयं तथा अपनी टीम द्वारा संस्थान को लगातार आर्थिक सहयोग प्रदान करवा रहे हैं। जब-जब संस्थान ने आर्थिक संकट का सामना किया है उस समय आपने अपना बहुमूल्य सहयोग संस्था को हमेशा प्रदान किया है।
Jiyaram Bana
श्री जीयाराम जी बाना सेवानिवृत्त प्रधानाध्यापक हैं। आर्थिक सहायता के साथ-साथ, समय-समय पर संस्थान को मार्गदर्शित करते हैं। समाज में व्याप्त कुरीतियों के सख्त खिलाफ हैं तथा विद्यार्थियों को भी कुरीतियों के उन्मूलन की पहल करने हेतु प्रेरित करते हैं।

श्री हेमराज जी खत्री भौतिक विज्ञान के व्याख्याता हैं तथा वर्तमान में प्रिन्सिपल के पद पर कार्यरत हैं।
